‚Peregrine‘ is a term that describes members of the ‚Indivicracy‘ and sets them in contrast to ‚Settlers‘: it derives from the term falco peregrinus, a kind of falcon that happens to appear globally and is constantly moving. As a first generation of children were born into the collective, ‚Peregrine‘ also refers to those who never lived in a settled society before and therefor are distinguished from the original ‚Roamers‘, ‚Providers‘ and ‚Recreationalists‘ who gave up settlement to enter ‚Indivicracy‘.
